We want you to love your cover. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided you have not exported a watermark-free file.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@gingercover.com with your account email and the project name. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Watermark-free exports have already been downloaded
• More than 14 days have passed since purchase
• The Image Swap add-on has been used

Image Swap Add-On

The $20 image swap can be used once within 30 days of purchase. It is non-refundable once the swap has been executed.
